Training Tuesday – Week 3 of 15
My third week went really well. I ran for 2:44 and kept a great pace of 7:19 over the week, just like week 2. My hip is a bit tender at the end of the week, but I’m going to put extra effort into resting next week and work my core extra. I’m also doing better at getting all my stretches in.
