I love cold weather!
You all might think I’m crazy but I enjoy the cooler days. Today was only 15 degrees for my run and even with the baby and dog I feel I rocked it. I was a bit tired but I kept going and did a route I don’t do every often and so 11.6km later I feel amazing! Tonight we’re making pizza, our Sunday tradition, and I’m pumped knowing that I kicked butt in my run. The next two weeks are going to be crazy activity wise for us since our 10k in now less than 2 weeks away and I’m starting kickboxing on Monday. My hubby wants to get in a good 6 or 7 practice runs before our race so that will take up a lot of his time, and I want to do a few myself too so we’re going to be very active for the next bit. Plus my mom and step-dad are going to come up and take care of my baby for the 10k run, which happens to fall on father’s day so that’s great. I’m hopeful we can all go out to dinner on Monday then too. So my yucky week turned out pretty good today, except for the fact that all the stores I wanted to go to that list hours for Sunday were closed for some silly reason. Oh well saved my money
Oh yah. I weighed myself today for my x-weighted challenge and I was 159lbs! Woot! Let’s hope that sticks around until Friday. 😉
