Got my Run on.
So I did my hill run today and not only did we go further than last time, and in 33km/hr winds with 55km/hr wind gusts. WooT! So while I’m very sore now I’m super happy I did it. I don’t plan to do another big run until my 10k on Sunday and since I’ve run six days in a row now I have to take tomorrow off which I am actually looking forward to for a change. Then I’ll run Friday a bit, another run Saturday and aim for my 10k in under 80 minutes on Sunday. I think I can do it, but we’ll see. I’m hopeful but don’t want to get too excited in case I don’t do it and get disappointed in myself.
I’m also doing my weight tomorrow since we’re having people over for dinner tomorrow and that means eating late, which I never do. So wish me luck and have a great week.
