Early Weigh In.
So tonight we had company. I love to cook so company is fun for me. But since I knew we’d be eating dinner later than normal, and I don’t eat anything after dinner on Thursday night so I have a consistant weigh in on Friday morning I decided to save myself the stress and just weigh in on Thursday this week. So I was down 1.2lbs today! Woo hoo! That brings me down to 157.6lbs. I really like writing that. It was also great since we hadn’t seen our friends in a while and they commented on how good I look. I like when people notice that. So all around it was a good night. I used up my remaining weekly points and a few of my activity points and really enjoyed my meal, knowing that I won’t have to stress about my weight in the morning.
Only three more sleeps until my 10k run on Sunday morning. Eeeeekkk! I’m nervous and excited at the same time. I feel like a kid at Christmas. I never thought I’d ever say that about a race!
