Another outside run!
Today I planned well and got my butt out the door before lunch and Lillian and I got in a fabulous run! We went 6.7km and did it in 1 hour 4 minutes and 57 seconds. All I have to say is too many hills around here, but she loved it. Lillian slept the whole run and then slept another two hours once we got home. In fact she’s still asleep. I had time to shower, eat lunch and rest up a bit and now I’m going to go do some dishes while I wait for Lillian to wake up and need feeding.
So now my legs feel like pudding but that’s okay they’ll be good and strong tomorrow for another treadmill pushing run!
