No Running, but I did get a NEW Car!
I had to face the facts that while I am wonder wife and marvelous mom but I am also a busy advisor and a radical runner and today I couldn’t be all four. I managed three of them but after we picked up our new car (hurray – photos to follow) I didn’t get home until after 7pm. Then I had to make and eat my dinner (which took until almost 8pm) and then I had to pack my lunch and breakfast for tomorrow and my hubbies lunch and dinner ( I do both b/c it only takes me five extra minutes to do his when it takes him 15-20 just to do his own) and by the time I’d done all that and the dishes it was after 9pm so running wasn’t happening. But I did let my hubby run tonight and he said he’ll return the favour tomorrow so now I can go to sleep and get up tomorrow and drive my new car to work (that’s right no 1km walk in the snow for me tomorrow at 7am) and get my parking permit for campus and be a very happy mom.
So picked up a new car, installed baby seat in said car, packed my lunch, packed my breakfast, washed the dishes, fed the baby, took my vitamins, and wrote my blog. Not too shabby if I do say so myself! Hope everyone is having a great week. I’m counting down till the weekend. 🙂
