All is well.
Okay so I saw my OB today and everything is great with both me and the baby. Baby had a great heartbeat of 153 and I got to hear her so that made me happy. I’m also happy about how great my OB is. There is something amazing about seeing a doctor where you are in and out in 17 minutes. Yes that is right, 17 minutes to sign in, see the nurse, wait for the doctor in the room, see the doctor, hear the heartbeat, book a new appointment and get back in my car! How crazy is that. Seriously, my doctor has been doing this for ages (he’s a grandpa) and according to my husband’s friend (who we just found out is expecting his first baby in April with his wife – congrats Charles) is a big wig at our hospital. Apparently he’s the head of obstetrics. I don’t know if that’s true but he’s been doing it for a long time so I’m happy that my doctor knows what he’s doing. Plus he’s been an OB since before my hubby and I were even born.
So I’m really happy that my little monkey is doing well and that we have a name for our new little princess.
