Friday Weigh in.
So after three weeks of up and down from 193 to 192.5 I have lost the weight that should have disappeared over those weeks and am down to 189.2lbs. That means I dropped 3.8lbs or 9.8lbs overall. I knew if I would keep working at it, I would eventually get there. So now I am so happy about keeping my focus and that’s a great way to start my December!
Now I just need to focus on making sure I keep losing and don’t gain because of Christmas and my birthday being in the same few days! 🙂
