Lots of updates!
So on Friday I lost 1.4lbs putting me at 6lbs lost total which is fantastic.I’m at 193lbs and I’m thrilled. Maybe I’ll drop another pound this week! Woot!!
This weekend was fabulous! Saturday Steve took the girls to our local Santa Claus parade. Then on Sunday we hit the mall for some fun. We did Christmas shopping , ate lunch at the food court and visited Santa to get the kids photo taken.
Training is going great. I had a talk with Steve and we agreed that I’m ready to move up to my next training plan. I ran my conservation route (finally) and am up to a 9 minute run, 1 minute walk, which is what I want to do as I start running further. Previously I would run 6 minutes, walk 1, so a 9/1 is a huge improvement for me. So this week is my last week of the 5k training and I start the 21 week training for my half-marathon that I will run in the new year. I’m coming back to racing with the first half I ever ran, and my only goal is to go faster than when I ran it in 2010!
