Training Tuesday.

Hello again. Week 2 of my running went great. My pace was great two of my three runs, and the slowest one was a run during the early morning hours where I pretty much ran in total darkness.

2014-10-14 3.22km 2/2 intervals — (7:26, 7:00, 8:05, 7:50, 7:50, 7:31, 7:01, 7:25 = pace 7:25)
2014-10-15 Rest Day
2014-10-16 2.76km 2/2 intervals —  (running times 8:44, 9:23, 9:03, 8:15, 8:23, 8:21, 7:46 = pace 8:34)
2014-10-17 Rest Day
2014-10-18 3.34km 3 run/2 walk intervals — (6:58, 8:03, 9:21, 8:00, 7:17, 8:05 = 7:44 avg pace)
2014-10-19 Rest Day
Total: 9.32km YTD: 101.02km

I also saw my physio therapist this week, and my work on my hip and such has started so hopefully my core will be rebuilt and my hip will be happy and I can keep running and work on getting back to the real me. I am feeling so much more like me these days, that it is fantastic! The adrenaline that running sends coursing through my veins, makes me a much better wife and mother.

I love getting back to being me!
