First time running.
So on Sunday I managed to pull off my first run! It only lasted for 20 minutes, of which 10 was walking, but I do not care because I got 20 minutes to myself outside in the fresh air! My fastest 1 minute was at a 6:44 pace (there were 3 in the 6:40s!) and my slowest walk was 13:06 pace.
My plan for future days is to follow the train like a mother’s 5k finish it plan.
Just going for this little 20 minute run, sent so many endorphins running through my body that I bounced around the house for the rest of the day! I was happier than I have been, and just felt like old me. So hopefully I will be able to keep up this running thing as life gets busier with 3 kids and the weather gets colder!
