Happy Thanksgiving to all my Canadian readers!
We had my in-laws over for dinner on Sunday night. It was fabulous, I made ham, and the girls had a fabulous time with grandpa and uncle Brian. I then (in only 24 hours) turned all our leftovers into super awesome new food. I turned some ham and broccoli into quiche, the sweet potatoes and carrots into African Peanut soup, and the ham bone into lentil and ham soup.
So now we have a wicked supply of soups and salads, and sandwich stuff in the fridge and am so excited for it. We spent the day with our girls and went for a nice hike in the woods, played a lot and just had a great and relaxing day!
