Training Tuesday – Week 11 of 15

First week of October was a bit rough so I decided to swap the following week’s rest week for the hard week it was supposed to be. I didn’t decide until Saturday night when I was tired and knew that I wasn’t going to do manage to do 20km on Sunday.

So I did two easy runs, a 7:51 pace long run, and that was my week. Nothing too crazy or out there but I was happy I got so much running in.
