Book list.
Okay, so this might sound a little funny, but every time I take my kids to the library I can never think of a book I want to take out. I’m sure many mothers have this problem, but I am so busy chasing my kids around I don’t have even two minutes to look up some good books and then go see if they are in the stacks. But recently I have decided to change this. I spend a good hour one morning, it only took that long because I was doing other things and drinking coffee while I did it, looking up books on line and remembering the movies I loved that were based on books and figuring out where that book came from. Then I wrote them all down and threw that note into my purse!
So now the next time I hit the library I will be armed with not just one, but over a dozen book titles, authors and the like that I not only want to read, but many that I have wanted to read for a long time, and that I know I will enjoy! So now as I get them and finish them, I can cross them off. I’ll just have to make sure to keep adding titles to the list. And that is where you lovely blog readers come in. I need more titles to add to my list. Remember I have an English degree, and am open to all forms and genres of literature. I have everything from Science fiction, to non-fiction, to ghost stories, to classic novels on my self so feel free to suggest whatever book you’ve read lately that you couldn’t put down or a favourite that you’ve read over and over. I personally have read The Shining and Little Women at least three times each!
Here is my current book list for my purse. So help me add to it!
