Training Tuesday – Week 4 of 15
Week 4 was a great week because it was a rest week. I do love a good rest week. I never used to appreciate them until I started hard core marathon training.
For cross training this week I did a hard core ab workout dvd that I got from bootcamp. It always makes my belly hurt. It’s a lot of work but worth it, even if I haven’t managed to get through the whole thing in one go yet, I know I will. Each time I do it I get closer and closer!
