Training Tuesday – Week 2 of 15

Hehehe. Look at that. I’m done week 2 of my training. Now how did that happen!

This week I managed a total of 20.21km and did so in 2:28:49 which gives me a pace of 7:22 overall. Not too shabby. I’m working hard to doing my physio stretches and exercises also, which I was pretty good at too. 5/7 days is my goal and this week I hit that, so another good note! I’m also working on getting my cross training in, so while I didn’t get in as much as is ideal, I’m not going to complain about what I did manage to get in. Plus that leaves me a goal for next week!
