Some things change.

I talked to my coworker who was making me uncomfortable in the office and it went really well. I didn’t mention the chest issue but used all the other examples and he had no idea how what he was doing seemed. He never thought of it that way, which made me feel better that I listened to my husband and my coach and talked to him directly. So that has been taken care of and I feel so much better at work about the whole thing, and haven’t had any issues with him since.

As for the issues with my hubby. I’m seeing a counselor to help me sort through my feelings about it all. I think talking about things to a professional will help me feel better about it all. And he had some good suggestions for how we can better interact with one another. So far we have good days and bad. Yesterday was great, but today not so much. Hopefully we’ll have a great day tomorrow, since we have a family function, also known as Katina’s second birthday.

At least my running is going well. I’ve gotten back into the swing of things working out wise. I signed up for bootcamp and have gone to the first class. I went to yoga with my coach. I’m trying to get loads of activity in but work has been so crazy busy as of late that it’s been a struggle. Hopefully it will get easier in the upcoming weeks and works slows down for me (fingers crossed).
