Visits with my Friends!
I didn’t get a chance to write about my visit with my girlfriend so I’ll give you a quick summary. I drove there and no one threw up which is always a great start to a trip to Toronto from my town. After we got there the girls settled in and Lillian has a blast with all the crafts my girlfriend set up for the kids, she played with their dog Mosley and enjoyed all the new toys and sites. Katrina on the other hand would have rather stayed home. Their dog freaked her out so bad any time the dog came at all near her! It was pretty funny though I did feel bad for her. She did LOVE Ethan’s little recycling truck toy, and spent a long time playing with it. I had a nice time catching up with my girl friend (we’ve known each other since uni and she was actually a bridesmaid at my wedding too). I wish she lived closer so we could do this more often but definitely a worthy day.
I can’t wait to do it again in April and we’re hoping to do a visit to the zoo or some other cool kid-friendly place in May. I’m very much looking forward to it and we’re still in March!
