Down 1lbs!
Woot! So my fat week wasn’t as bad as I thought. I still managed to lose 1lbs and that pushed me into the 150’s! So I’m excited. Granted I weighed this much last Sunday but I weigh in on Fridays and last week I was still 160.6 on Friday so yippy. I’m happy, and hopefully this little save will keep me inspired to eat really well this week, and since there is no special occasion that would call for me eating out this week. Maybe we’ll hit Williams or Subway one day, or even TCBY but otherwise I’ll stick to good healthy home cooking. After all Sunday is pizza day at our house so that’ll be nice!
