Feeling Nervous
Okay this is going to sound silly, but I am really nervous about my weigh in tomorrow. I’m not usually a worry wort around my WI because I work so hard, but even with my 20k run on the weekend, and eating healthy and such this week I am still crazy nervous. I know part of it is because I’ve had more salt this week than normal, but otherwise it’s just silly stress. If I gained weight it won’t be a big deal. I have dropped so much weight the last few weeks, that I understand my body might slam on the breaks for a week or two and recoup before going back to losing. I’m working hard, and eating healthy and taking care of myself and my children so in the end I know that it’s all good. I also am aware of how crazy it is to be worried about this before it’s even happened but for whatever reason my brain is buzzing away with nerves.

Part of it might just be because of all the things we have going on right now. My husband has quit his job (finally) and found another one that he’s going to be starting on April 9th, so that throws my calm life into a moment of chaos while I get used to his new schedule and such. I am looking forward to having a happy husband who enjoys his job again, and got to spend a week at home with us first.

So my husband has a week off at home with us before the new job and I’m hoping that the babies and daddy and I will get to have a great week at home together. We’re going to visit the zoo for the first time as a family on the weekend and having Easter dinner with my husband’s family on Holy Thursday. The rest of the week is ours to enjoy as a family. So my plan is that if I do gain this week I’ll just have to run extra next week to make up for it. I’ll let you know how tomorrow goes!
