Quickie Weigh in post
I promise to write something longer and more interesting later today, but for now I weighed in this morning and I lost the 0.4lbs that I gained last week so I’m the same as I was two weeks ago. I’ll admit I’m a bit disappointed since I’ve dropped only 39.3lbs not the 40 I wanted to see but I won’t let that get me down.
This just means I need to really focus on what I’m eating and tracking everything better. I also, need to get that cross training activity in to burn the extra calories I need to burn to get the weight off!
