Training Tuesday.
This week was my first rest week on this training plan, so the mileage was lower than I’m used to, but since I had to start back at work last week it was probably for the best!
So thanks to this rest week I got a few nice easy runs in. My paces were 7:21, 7:41 and 7:39 for my runs which is a nice comfortable pace for me. I enjoy these easy little weeks, and now can look forward to running a good week of training on a pair of well rested legs!
