Training Tuesday!

Things are going well this week.

  • I finally broke 5km in a run.
  • I worked up to a 4th set of my now long run.
  • I ran a pace less than 7:30.
  • I rocked my strength training.

11/4/2014 3.61km 8 min run/ 2 min walk (8:23, 7:49, 7:39 = average pace 7:57)
11/5/2014 XT Did 2 sets of my strength training
11/6/2014 3.82km 8 min run/ 2 min walk (8:25, 7:19, 7:07 = average pace 7:37)
11/7/2014 Rest Day
11/8/2014 5.08km 8 min run/ 2 min walk (7:47, 7:21, 7:13, 7:18 = average pace 7:24)
11/9/2014 Rest Day
Total 12.51 km YTD: 125.83km

 

My goals for next week are to rock 5km again, and to get a 2nd strength training workout in.
