I missed my training report last week. So now you get two. My runs have been a little easier as of late. I decided not to push it too hard because my legs have been very achy as of late and even a bit painful. I figure if I want to run in the Around the Bay race in March I need to go a little easier on myself. So I’m going to take things a bit easier and keep my long runs at 15-20km for distance sake and then start training for a big race in November. I ordered a bunch of fuel online, and am so happy to start rocking my long runs, but I need to sign up for my around the bay race, a few of my other shorter races, and then plan out my training for the big race.
I need to get my strength training into these charts again!
